Davinder Bhogal

Known as “Goldy” to friends and colleagues

Davinder founded Bhogal Solicitors and Immigration Lawyers (BSIL) after nine years as a Registered Migration Agent, where he built extensive experience across a wide range of migration matters. He is a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of WA, with significant experience across a broad spectrum of Australian law.

As an immigrant himself, he understands the complexity of the Australian immigration system, and the pressure it puts on the people going through it.

He built the firm to be a new breed of law firm: one that avoids jargon, quotes before it starts, and is judged on the results it gets for clients rather than the hours it records.

When he isn’t advocating for clients, you’ll often find him watching cricket at Optus Stadium, or having a quiet drink with friends and colleagues at a local restaurant.
